We charge your card when you sign up for our quarterly subscription box. Each box is shipped according to our seasonal schedule.
For example:
- If you sign up on February 2nd and the cutoff date for the season is February 5th, your first box will ship in March.
- If you sign up after February 5th, your first box will be part of the next season, which ships in June.

How does the quarterly subscription box work?
Each box is curated with seasonal home décor items and ships every three months. You will be billed on the day you sign up, and then on the 7th of each quarter. Delivery months are March, June, September, and Late November.
Can I cancel, skip, or pause my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel, skip, or pause your subscription anytime through your account. Just make sure to do so before the next cutoff date (the 5th of the season) to avoid being charged for the upcoming box.
Can I choose what’s in my box?
Our boxes are carefully curated to surprise and delight you with seasonal décor. At this time, we don’t offer customization, but we’re always open to feedback about items you’d love to see!
